Penn State Puts Together Instructional Video For Professors Dealing With Violent Veterans
Administrators at Penn State want to help their professors and administrators be able to interface well with military veterans. Because military veterans, at least according to the video they came up to help facilitate said interfacing, are dangerous and violent and apparently only semi-literate.

Can you imagine the outrage if, instead of the white veteran, they made such a video about the black athlete?
No, I can’t actually, because it’d never happen.
