Pelosi: Americans Will Get Government Health Care For Christmas
I hope she includes the gift receipt so we can return it.
I don’t want to understate the threat here to our liberty and national financial solvency, but I think Pelosi is being awfully bold here. Senators like Joe Lieberman and Tom Coburn aren’t going to go quietly into the night on this issue, and with Senators like Barbara Boxer vowing to keep the anti-abortion amendment that was key to Pelosi winning her narrow victory in the House out of the Senate bill, there are a lot more problems here that can be solved by Christmas.
