Palin to Drop Puck at Flyers/Rangers Game Saturday

PHILADELPHIA —Sarah Palin’s next faceoff will come at center ice at an NHL arena, not at a debate.

The GOP vice presidential nominee will drop the ceremonial first puck when the Philadelphia Flyers open the regular season against the New York Rangers on Saturday. Palin, the Alaska governor and self-described “hockey mom,” will join the winner of a team promotion for the “Ultimate Hockey Mom” to drop the puck.

Can you imagine either of the effete snobs on the Demo ticket being asked to do something similar?

In a related story, Barack Obama was asked to slice the first piece of brie, kicking off the really big Whine season this year!

Heh.

Too funny! Almost got coffee all over my monitor there…

Get video of Palin; she’s probably one of very few celebrities to drop the first puck who can actually skate.

Greetings:

I wonder if Senator Obama really understands the nuance of Governor Palin’s “hockey mom” appellation.  Bill Russell, the Boston Celtic basketball star, used to say that basketball was a contact sport and that football was a collision sport.  Well, hockey is a collision sport with sticks.

I can think of a better chant than “Obama! Obama!”

How about,

“Show us your tits!  Show us your tits!”

I wonder how the BIMBO will puck this one up.

Wow! How clever! How humorous! Same “award winning” humor you’ve always demonstrated here!

You left out the hyphen, though. It should be “A-Ward winning humor.”

Say hello to the rest of the folks in the “A” ward...and the nurses!

Hey, Proof, great to see ya!  Ever consider thinking before posting?  If you got NOTHING, I mean, absolutely nothing to say, why not wait until a thought nucleates in that noggin of yours? Just a thought.

If a tasing doesn’t take, repeat and tase. Bro.

Carry on

This from a guy (?) whose only claim to fame is a four word slur repeated ad nauseum!

Or would you care to link us to the ephemeral, or possibly non-existent “award winning humor” you seem to be not so proud of?

Maybe you could take pictures of your Special Olympics awards and show us those?
