Occupy Wall Street Protester Brings AR15 To Rally
Remember when the liberal media, particularly the folks at MSNC, were going nutty over video of a tea party protester bringing an AR15 to a protest? To the left, it was an example of just how fringe and radical the tea partiers were. In fact, just last night I was in a debate on Twitter with a leftist who alluded to gun-toting tea partiers as evidence of the movement’s radicalism.
But now, at the Occupy Phoenix protest, one of the attendees has been spotted…with an AR15:
And according to this news report from Occupy Atlanta, at least one attendee there had an AK47 strapped to his back (a reporter saw it while doing a story on the movement trying to levitate the nearby Georgia Pacific building, no joke).
Now, I’m not being a hypocrite. I support the right of all citizens to keep and bear arms, even those with whom I disagree with politically.
But the double-standard applied to the “occupiers” and the tea partiers is the point.
