Obama’s Communications Diversity Czar: White Media Executives Should Step Down
So that media executives of a different skin color can take their place.
Oh, and Mark Lloyd loves Hugo Chavez, by the way.
President Obama’s diversity czar at the Federal Communications Commission has spoken publicly of getting white media executives to “step down” in favor of minorities, prescribed policies to make liberal talk radio more successful, and described Hugo Chavez’s rise to power in Venezuela “an incredible revolution.”
If Sarah Palin called for minority executives to resign so that they could be replaced by white executives she’d be castigated as a racist, and rightfully so.
But a “diversity” czar calling for the opposite? Well that’s ok. Because prejudice is ok as long as it’s the right kind or prejudice.
By the way, Lloyd’s racism aside, nobody who admires Hugo Chavez and his nationalization of the media in Venezuela should be in any government position period. Least of all a position as regulator for our nation’s communications.
