Obama Thinks North Dakota Has 99 Congressional Districts
Update: New North Dakota-based policy group The Franklin Center has more on this.
Via a reader, according to Recovery.gov website which is supposed to bring us an accurate accounting of how our tax dollars are being spent through the “stimulus” bill North Dakota has 99 congressional districts.

Seems like we’ve got a lot of open seats up for grabs in 2010. Forget about running against Pomeroy. Who wants to run for the open 17th district seat?
And before someone tries to claim that these are state districts, keep in mind that those are legislative districts. And we don’t have 99 of them.
Also according to Recovery.gov: South Dakota has 46 districts, Wyoming has 36 districts, Minnesota has 42 districts and Montana has 87. That North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana all apparently now have more representation in Washington DC than Minnesota is going to surprise the hell out of some in the Twin Cities.
But hey, let’s put these idiots in charge of health care!
