Obama Starts Campaigning On The Issues, Points Out That McCain Is Old
Don’t you guys get it? McCain’s old. Too old. He’s got gray hair and wrinkles and stuff. He’s not young and hip enough to be President!
I’ll be waiting for the ACLU to file a lawsuit against Obama for agism. Because if some corporation took this attitude about seasoned Americans you can bet they’d find themselves in court faster than you can say “senior citizen’s discount.”
I think all this “McCain is computer illiterate” stuff is pretty bogus. Bill Clinton, who presided over the dot com bubble but managed to get out of office before it popped, sent exactly two emails while in office. Do I hold that against him? No. Because when I think of the commander-in-chief, I’m not exactly thinking of someone who is on a computer in the Oval Office blogging and watching You Tube videos.
Does McCain need to understand the basics of the internet’s impact on the nation’s economy and communications (among other things)? Absolutely. But that doesn’t mean he has to personally know how to design a MySpace layout. Tags: Asshats, Domestic Issues, Politics, The Loony Left
