Obama: Spend a Billion for Every Million You Save

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama on Monday proposed a $100 billion U.S. loan to the International Monetary Fund to boost the IMF’s resources and urged a bigger stake in the IMF for emerging powers.
In a letter to U.S. congressional leaders, Obama said the U.S. funding “does not represent a budgetary expenditure or any increase in the deficit since it effectively represents an exchange of assets.”

Ah, it’s a “loan.” That means all of the money we’ve thrown down the toilet, I mean the money we’ve loaned them in the past is available to use if we should need it.
What a fraud. We put most of the money into the IMF and get nothing out of it. All it is is a massive fraud meant to transfer money from us to them.
What’s really ironic is that Obama is oh so proud of himself that he ordered the government to save 100 million dollars. His spokesmodel just said that it was big money where he comes from.
Now Obama is in favor of giving a thousand times that much to a bunch of tinpot dictators.

None of you has any credibility on this issue after you stood there with your fist up your collective ass while bush doubled the debt, spending $5 TRILLION more than he took in thanks to tax cuts, deregulation and corruption.

I’m sure this is all just a result of no one in the administration having any real math skills. They were all educated by our wonderful schools after all, where just trying to come up with the right answer gives you a passing grade.

Expect Dino and the rest to tell us all about Bush’s debt which was a small fraction of Obama’s, as if Bush’s debt was somehow not as noble as Obama’s.

Remember also what I said about the standalone complex. Eight plus years of demonizing Bush and personalizing the populist angst and anger they engendered to the point that it wasn’t conservative versus liberal but Bush versus Not Bush. They made Bush to be the antichrist, therefore Not Bush is the messiah. Bareback O’Rama is the hapless mediocre shmoe from Chicago who got appointed to that can-do-no-wrong position of accidental messiah.
