Obama Plane and Simple

I had seen others allude to this story before, but until I saw the pictures, I wasn’t aware of just how big a deal it was. Here’s Obama’s campaign plane before he redecorated it:

Notice the huge American flag on the tail? Not good enough for “Citizen of the World” Obama! Here’s the “new and improved plane:

    Why, there’s only 14 stars on the flag painted on the rudder of the jet in the fisrt picture, aren’t there supposed to be 57, maybe 58? It’s all about discrimination baby, that’s why he prefers a modified version of the Greenpeace logo as a symbol of himself as a candidate. “Save the _______”. Fill in the blank, it’s all about hope and change, he’s just not willing to tell us what it is that he hopes to change.

    This is possibly the most inane thread of all time. Somebody in his campaign decides to put his campaign symbol on the tail of his campaign plane and you idiots try to spin this that he hates America.

    Why don’t you go report on the actions of your candidate? He is probably walking around a supermarket someplace.

    The hypocrite probably didn’t. He doesn’t have to live by the rules that he would deign for others.

    The sheer arrogance of Obama would be a whole lot more tolerable if he had something… anything… to back it up with.

    Thing is, he doesn’t. No experiences to indicate he could actually do the job he seeks, no policy prescriptions that are remotely viable. And on the really important issues, he either has no answer at all (domestic oil supply), or he flip-flops with a speed and dexterity that draw the envy of even John Kerry (Iraq and GWOT).

    In a word, pitiful!

    As opposed to the fuselage, where there were no American flags painted?

    Lestat: The only one spinning here is you! Perhaps you should make a study of the English language. Come back when you realize that words mean things!

    BTW, That was a fine looking flag before they repainted the plane!

    I doubt Obama was involved in this decision to substitute the logo for the flag. I get the impression he is just a puppet and his handlers are running him and the entire image. Judging on Obamas lack of ability to reason out simple answers to improptu questions I can not help but think he is an empty suit. His handlers speand a great deal of effort keeping him out of situations where he has to rely on his own thinking process. All sizzle, no steak.

    Wow! Toning down the stars and stripes to appease a people (who’s asses we’ve saved in the past). Why? they can’t vote (unless they’ve discovered the mexican border).
