Obama Nominee Lied About Political Contributions

This seems to be a trend among Obama nominees. First pretend to be a moderate, then once you’re in office and your falsehoods about your own record and political history are exposed just shrug your shoulders and move on. Because by then it doesn’t matter.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama’s health secretary nominee got nearly three times as much political money from a controversial abortion doctor as she told senators.
The Health and Human Services Department said Monday that the omission was an oversight that Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius would correct.
In a response to questions from the Senate Finance Committee made public last week, Sebelius wrote that she received $12,450 between 1994-2001 from Dr. George Tiller, one of the nation’s few late-term abortion providers.
But in addition to those campaign donations, records reviewed by The Associated Press show that Tiller gave at least $23,000 more from 2000-2002 to a political action committee Sebelius established while insurance commissioner to raise money for fellow Democrats.
Sebelius did not tell senators about that additional money, although Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., asked specifically about any Tiller donations to her PAC.

Remember when Obama promised the most accountable and transparent administration in history? Yeah, that was just something he said to get elected.

Maybe the Obama administration is doing this on purpose. Maybe they are trying to desensitize the average citizen so in two years when he wants to appoint Bernie Madoff as the new Fed Chair, we wont think twice about his past discretion’s.

Yah, that’s right. I’ve got my tin foil hat out. Just something to think about. It’s not that different from his financial plan. Let’s make things as bad as can be, so when we have a 2% increase, we can call that an accomplishment.

Riddle me this, wasn’t Obama part of that crowd that came in to the Senate promising to get rid of the ‘culture of corruption’?

First – Your wrong. Suck it! You had two years before Obama came into office to start making changes, and how did you use your time? Well, half of them ran for the Presidency and the other half sat around bitch and complaining and not doing a damn thing. Sorry, jerkoffs, I don’t want to hear it. ‘But, but, Bush was in office and blah, blah, blah…’

Second – The past is the past, and what happened happened, it’s time to start thinking about the future. It’s time to fix things, as soon as things are back on track, then we can figure out who was to blame. Meanwhile, this ship is sinking.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Politicians have this wonderful habit of being able to lie and when caught, claim it was only “misspeaking”. This drop in morality is precisely what is wrong with this country and exactly what needs to be addressed to get the nation back on the right course to prosperity.
