Obama In 2008: “Finish The Fight In Afghanistan”, Obama Now: “Let’s Cut And Run From Afghanistan”

Here’s Obama speaking during his campaign for President in 2008 clearly calling (rightfully so) for victory in Afghanistan:

So how has that campaign promise translated into policy action today? Here’s a headline: “General McChrystal’s Troop Request Shelved By Obama Administration.”
Say one thing, do another. That’s apparently what we can expect from Obama.

It’s despicable to use war as a political tool.

    Enlist. You’re young enough.

With Obama as CIC, IMO, we need to get out of Afghanistan NOW!

With his disdain for the military and for use of power, Obam will never send sufficient troops, provide enough freedom under the rules of war or the tools necessary for a swift, overwhelming military victory. Anything less will only cost lives of our soldiers without any purpose! War is not a game, our troops cannot afford political leaders micromanaging their battles, they cannot afford diplomacy and geopolitical considerations.

What about giving Afghanistan to the Taliban and Al Queda, losing another war and giving Pakistan and its nuclear weapons to Islamic terrorists? It is better to just give it to them all at once and get it over with than play games and lose many military lives along the way when we know we are going to give it all to them anyway in the end. We are now a paper tiger, under Mahdi Obama we will never commit to absolute victory and I don’t see the use in losing the lives of more soldiers just because we are in denial about that absolute fact.

Interesting that Rob didn’t post the video of Obama saying let’s cut and run now.

Hmmmm???? Wonder why that is? Because he is a liar and a propagandist, and yes, I am getting tired of having to point out that obvious fact.

Without lies and propaganda, conservative blogs would have reason for existing.

Six years of tragedy and the General,(as always), wants more troops.

    Time To Say Good=bye
