Obama In 2007: I Will Invite ACORN To Help Me Shape My Agenda

That’s right.  ACORN.  His former employer and the nation’s leader in fraudulent voter registrations.

Just another blow to Obama’s character and judgment to chalk up next to his close, personal/professional relationships with William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Bernadette Dohrn and Tony Rezko.

And it will undoubtedly be ignored by the media, just like the rest of them.  Because it doesn’t matter that Obama has spent his entire professional career hanging around with extremists, bomb-setters, crooks and fraudsters.  It only matters that he’s a liberal who is running for President.

Are you trying to say “desperation?”

I blame your liberal, unionized public school teacher.

And by the way, I’m the guy who declared this campaign a loss for McCain already.  Though I’d point out that Obama only won this election by being a marginally less-bad candidate that McCain.

That and the fact that the left, in lock-step, is willing to line up behind anyone whereas conservatives tend to be a bit more discerning.

Actually, Rob, I used the word I wanted to use.  You might just want to look up a word before you hurl an insult especially when you’re wrong.

I’m just sayin’......

You left out his most compelling qualification… but then, we’re not allowed to say that, are we?

Actually, Rob, I used the word I wanted to use.

You may have used the word you wanted to, but ‘desperation’ was the correct grammatical choice.

While that is the idiom, pparets, “the smell of desperation”, grammatically, its usage was correct and the word I chose.

Perhaps you all should have paid attention when you were in school.  Teachers can’t teach those who don’t pay attention and don’t want to learn.

Barry will be a one-termer if he gets the big-boy chair. People chugging the Kool-Aid will get a nice dose of his ideas of social and economic justice abetted by his ACORN buddies, and other various socialists, etc., and say Hell no.

Jimmy Carters second term.

Respectfully, I disagree.  We are a very different people than the days when our parents quickly figured out that Carter was a loser.

In 2008, Americans are far more inclined to look to government for solutions and relief than in 1976, 1.5 brain-washed generations have since graduated from the liberal sink-holes we call our universities and colleges, and we - as a nation - have swallowed the racial-guilt mantra hook-line-and-sinker.

No.  Barack Obama will serve two terms. With any luck at all, we may begin to whittle away at the democrat majority in congress by 2012, but by then horrendous damage will have been done to our public policy and a liberal supreme court put in place, the impact of which will stretch into the next quarter of a century.

Our inability - as a party - to reconcile our internal differences will cost us this election and cripple us for the next four to six years.

Puzzlefeet - The smell of desperateness is in the air on SA.

Pointing out that a candidate wants a vote fraud organization shaping his agenda is “desperateness”?

That makes sense - if you have poor morals.

Barack Obama isn’t going to serve one term. Let alone two.

He’s the only candidate (that I’m aware of) to lose the popular vote in his primary nomination. There were some definate deald going on. As Woof has noted, polls predicted a massive win for Carter, yet he lost in a landslide. Same with Mondale. Polls, which generally oversample liberals, have this at an actual vote margin, yet people pretend Obama will run away with this.

Obama is going to get his ass handed to him in this election and he will be a non-entity from here on out.

Interesting.  Never have I wished more to be wrong in what I said above. But when we cannot even unite our base, it will be difficult to pursuade other voters to join us.

I am constantly astonished - as you must be - at the cognitive dissonance expressed right here on this blog by dozens of confirmed conservatives who loath John McCain and simultaneously call for the defeat of Barack Obama.
