Obama Says We Don’t Need A Balanced Budget Amendment, But 72% Of The Public Wants One

Last week Obama told the public that America doesn’t need a balanced budget amendment. But according to a new poll, 72% of the public disagrees with him.

If all of our politicians are telling us the truth when they say they want a balanced budget, then why don’t they universally support law which requires it?

Maybe because they aren’t really telling the truth.
