Obama Says ‘If four Americans get killed, it’s not OPTIMAL’

No Crap Sherlock!
President Barack Obama, during an interview to be shown on Comedy Central, has responded to a question about his administration’s confused communication after the Benghazi attack, by saying: ‘If four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal.’
Obama was speaking to Jon Stewart of The Daily Show for a programme to be broadcast tonight.
How flippant can you be discussing the torture and murder of our ambassador and three other Americans? Obama admitted the other day that he was ultimately responsible for the lack of security and other missteps that allowed Al Qaeda to kill four of ours.
But as it turns out it’s really no big deal to him. He’s either flippant or trying to cover his butt in the debate by saying that he mentioned terror in his Rose Garden speech. So that apparently excuses his administration for trying to cover up for a week that this was a planned terrorists attack by Al Qaeda.
But at least it’s “not optimal.” Maybe he can go back on the View and say it’s just one of those things.
Has Obama discussed this with a real journalist? He was on 60 minutes but Steve Kroft didn’t try to get anything from him. I don’t mean to disrespect Stewart who is by far a more credible journalist than Candy Crowley, but after all he is a comedian on Comedy Central.
Here’s a bit more detail from the interview to understand how it led to “not optimal”.

‘Because I would say, even you would admit, it was not the optimal response, at least to the American people, as far as all of us being on the same page.’
Obama responded: ‘Here’s what I’ll say. If four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal.’
