Obama Flip Flops On Scare Tactics
Back in June, President Obama said he wasn’t going to use scare tactics to win political battles. “I’m the President of the United States,” said Obama, “and I want to ensure that I am not engaging in scare tactics.”
Then, just two weeks later, Obama tried to scare the bejesus out of Americans by saying that he wasn’t sure if Social Security checks would go out on time if a deal to raise the debt ceiling wasn’t made in Congress:
So he won’t use scare tactics except when scare tactics are convenient for his political agenda.
