Obama Campaign Call-Spamming Americans In Favor Of Tax Hikes

The Obama campaign – yes, the campaign, and here you thought the election was over – is urging supporters to call their fellow citizens and ask them to support tax hikes.

“On the bright side, if anything can turn the country against the Obama brigades, telemarketing for taxes may be just the ticket,” writes Mary Katharine Ham.

Aiming to bring public pressure on Republicans to back higher taxes for the rich in the “fiscal cliff” fight, the Obama-Biden campaign today began urging supporters to join a local, online phone bank to help the president blast the GOP.

In an email, supporters are directed to a “Call Tool” where they are provided with somebody to call. Include is a telemarketing-style script to read.

A successful effort will then be tabulated on a “leaderboard” of callers.

“Today you will be calling fellow supporters with a message about extending middle-class tax cuts. Your job is to lay out the choice Congress is facing on keeping taxes low for the middle class, and encourage supporters to call their representative. You will be able to provide all the information,” said the memo emblazoned with the Obama-Biden campaign emblem.

Here’s the script, so if you get a call you can promptly hang up.

The Left understands the power of perception, while putting in ground work to control the public school system and mainstream media.

The Right grumbles about the facts, while sitting around and waiting for the second coming of Ronald Reagan.

Walk away. Let obama own this. Vote present and walk away. That way he gets what he wants and he owns it. If he “really” wants to give the middle class a tax break he can always do that later. Make him prove it. Walk away

This “tax US more” dance of a 1000 veils is tiresome. None of our leaders will speak the hard truth: Welfare states, and America is now one, become so to keep the peace in their own streets.

Europe, with its bitter history of mob tyranny, strays from the path of socio-economic sedation only when the borrowing is exhausted and the Debt has reached critical mass. (See Greece now, soon to be followed by Italy, Portugal, Spain)

The impossibly large numbers of those living in the massive concrete and steel jungles across America must be fed, clothed, given shelter and yes, entertained. There aren’t enough jobs, and never will be, to support the millions who can’t/won’t participate in any productive way to the health of the host economic body.

A collapse of our system, on a Great Depression scale, will this time send city dwellers on the hunt. This scenario is what no one but writers and film makers will envision publicly but have no doubt: Urban pacification drives the entitlement policies of our political class.

please please please! let one of them call me. There’s nothing I’d like more than to have one of his mindless, brainwashed supporters call me so that I can unload all of my pent up anger on them. Oh how that would be such a huge Christmas present! Santa, all I want for Christmas is a call from an Obamite urging me to support increased taxes!!
