Not Even Democrats Are Buying What Obama Is Selling

Whether it’s “tax cuts for 95% of Americans” or “2,000,000 jobs created or saved,” not even members of Obama’s own party – let alone Americans in general – are believing all of his claims at this point.
According to Rasmussen:

• Only 21% of Americans (and just 34% of Democrats) actually believe that 95% of Americans got a tax cut.
• Only 35% of Americans think the economy growing again
• Only 21% of Americans (and just 46% of Democrats) feel that Obama’s economic rescue efforts have created/saved 2 million jobs

And oh, by the way, 61% of Americans think tax cuts are good for the economy.
Maybe it’s time for Obama to stop all this spending in the name of economic rescue and go the other way. Cut spending. Cut taxes. Get the government out of the way and let the economy grow.
