Newt Gingrich Caught Napping During AIPAC Conference
This has to be one of the most bizarre videos of a presidential candidate I’ve ever seen. It starts with Gingrich apparently dozing, then waking up and making a comment about Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta. Then Gingrich is seen to nod off again before being introduced at the conference, at which point he welcomes comments from a non-existent panel eliciting a prolonged and awkward silence.
Clearly, the Gingrich campaign needs to pencil in some more nappy time for the candidate.
