NDSU Director Of Women’s Athletics Suspended For Inappropriate Activities Involving A Student

In yet another black eye for the North Dakota University System, NDSU Director of Women’s Athletics Lynn Dorn has been suspended for two weeks without pay.

According to the letter of reprimand below, Dorn is guilty of “admitted participation in a series of incidents” which “show significant inappropriate professional behavior.”

The specific NDSU policy cited as having been breached is the anti-harrassment policy which you can read here.

The letter also states that Dorn is not to discuss this matter with the NDSU employees or the student involved in the incident.

I requested details about the incident in question from NDSU’s legal counsel and was told that the details are “privileged.”
