Nancy Pelosi: No Impeachment

Here is what she’s trying to do: get Blue-dog Democrats to support her to be Speaker of the House. It’s been rumored that Pelosi may not have as much support as people would think. That being the case, this is the perfect way to win over support from the more conservative Democrats. This all goes along with her image makeover.
Once she’s elected as Speaker, then she’ll be able to head back to the left. She’ll always be able to “cite new evidence” that Bush did this or Bush did that, so I don’t think she’s taken impeachment off the table.

    Exactly! Kind of like the Dems who like to vote against homosexual marriage and then talk like they are for it after the election is over. It is that appeal for the moderate vote thing. It is funny how self righteous the Dems can be toward the GOP. Well, maybe not funny??? More like sickening!

    Actually, if you look up the tight races where the (D) is incumbent rather than just spout nonsense, you’ll find that they split about 1/2-1/2 on the commissions bill.

    She, and other liberals will “Say Anything” before an election. She also predicted that Kerry would be President and the Democrats would rule the House. She said this on CNN in July of 2004 while I was in Mosul, Iraq. I wrote it down. What a …….. !

    This reminds me of how Democrats in tough congressional races this year all voted in favor of the Military Commissions Act.

    When Democrats want to get in office, they have to move to the right. Which makes me wonder why everyone just doesn’t vote for the person who is actually on the right all the time, not just during election years.
