Movement Trying To Create National Holiday For Barack Obama

Don’t you have to of actually accomplished something before you get a national holiday? I mean, Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter got elected President too. We don’t have a national holiday for them.

Plans are being made to promote a national holiday for Barack Obama, who will become the nation’s 44th president when he takes the oath of office Jan. 20.

Next they’ll be wanting to put another face up on Rushmore too.
There are going to be a lot of mournful liberals out there when reality comes crashing down on the Obama administration. Looking good on the campaign stage and whipping up a crowd are easy. Distracting people from your personal and professional problems by attacking your opponent is easy.
Being the lone man on top isn’t easy. Being a leader isn’t easy. That’s going to become very, very clear very, very quickly.

The problems we are having were started in the Clinton Admin when they lowered the standards for subprime morgages to get more (poor) people into housing. GREAT idea. It just backfired.     The stockmarket is not a snapshot of what is going on today. It is a futures market. What happens is a speculation of what to expect in 6-8 mos. The speculators who decide what to buy/sell is based on how they think Obama’s policy will effect the future.
