The headline sounds like it was written by a retarded MoveOn.org member. Clearly it's an allusion to Bush's "You're doing a heck of a job Brownie" comment made to disgraced FEMA boss Michael Brown in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. An event that has absolutely no relation to the subject of Cheney's comments. The allusion is just tossed in there, I guess, to tie the war on terror to the perceived disaster that was the government's response to Katrina.
So much for objective journalism. If this doesn't convince you that many in the media have an agenda I don't know what will.
