More On The Calabasas Smoking Ban
Say Anything reader Dave Miller picked up on the post/discussion about the public smoking ban in Calabasas, California from over the weekend and ran with it in his podcast today.
He makes some great points, specifically on the lines between regulating food preparation and health standards and regulating activity like smoking on private property.
