More Insanity – The UN Will Investigate Racism In America

Boy, I’m glad that they don’t need to focus on Zimbabwe, where white farmers are being forced off their farms and the farms are being turned over to the cronies of the local political machine. Or on Saudi Arabia or any number of other Muslim nations where just being a Christian is a crime. Or Darfur, where the slaughter of black Africans by Muslim militias continues without interruption. The list goes on and on.
Instead they’re coming here:

GENEVA (Reuters) – A special U.N. human rights investigator will visit the United States this month to probe racism, an issue that has forced its way into the race to secure the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.
The United Nations said Doudou Diene would meet federal and local officials, as well as lawmakers and judicial authorities during the May 19-June 6 visit.
“The special rapporteur will…gather first-hand information on issues related to racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,” a U.N. statement said on Friday.

This so powerfully, mind-numbingly stupid that I just can’t get a grasp on it. Are things truly that bad here?
Can we truly be put on the list ahead of the likes of Mugabe?
And I wonder just who he will be “gathering information” from? The left and their politically correct sock puppets in the media, as well as their pet politicians will no doubt be standing in line for this one.

I’m with you elinas. Let ‘em come, there’s nothing there, even though I’m sure their report will conclude the opposite. But, UN white papers are only as useful as the other white paper that you use in your restroom.

I equate the UN with unions and political parties: they have almost absolutely nothing to do anymore with servicing a constituency, it’s all about maintaining their cash-flow and power.

e, as usual you are on the wrong side of this argument. What you should be asking is ‘what is the justification for this investigation’. The UN pretends to be the worlds policing organization. Normally police have to have substantial evidence of a wrong doing before they can come into your home.

I think that is a funny statement. Also, I think it is time to stop spending money on the UN. Kick them out our country and stop spending are hard earned tax dollar on the UN. All the UN does is coddle dictators and appease terrorists. The food for oil was a highly successful programs.

This is another misadventure by the UN for what purpose I do not know. It is high time that all nations take a very critical look at the mission of the UN. Perhaps it is an organization which has outlived its usefulness.

The United Nations is by every reasonable measure Anti-American and anti-Israeli. It is institutionaly incapable of any other views! It is long past time that the United States get out of the United Nations, stop all payments and order the United Nations out of the United States. To hell with them! Next, Israel is the “Apple of God’s Eye,” He has pledged by His Word that anyone that harms His Chosen People or would dare divide Israel (Current Partition for Peace), He will harshly judge. That includes Sharon and Olmert, Bush and every nation on earth.

Notice, you had not one word of condemnation for the murderous acts of terror committed by the so-called Palestinian people against Israel every day. No, like the U.N., you simply choose to condemn Israel because of your own, albeit perhaps unconscious, anti-Semitism.

God gave this land to Israel over three millenia ago, they were dispersed because of God’s anger, but no word in Scripture indicates that He ever gave their land to another. In fact, from there Jesus will rule over all the earth for a thousand years. He will return to Israel and He promises all the world will pay tribute in words and treasure to Israel.

Last, Israel has suffered under the heavy and evil hand of militant Islam and they offered to Arafat at Camp David 99% all of their demands, in trade for peace. But, the so-called Palestinians don’t want peace, they want Israel destroyed and every Jew on earth to either convert to Islam or die, so Arafat walked away as he knew it was against Islam to ever make peace with Israel.
