More Corruption from the Democrats (should have been) Republicans
Rep. John T. Doolittle (R-Calif.) said yesterday that he will no longer employ his wife as his campaign fundraiser, an arrangement that allowed her to collect a 15 percent cut of donations to his campaign and political action committees—more than $100,000 since 2003.
Doolittle, who has drawn criticism for links to disgraced lobbyist Jack A. Abramoff, said he will hire an outside fundraiser. He made the announcement in a commentary article he distributed to newspapers in his Northern California district, noting his tough battle for reelection.
So come up with a campaign donation to Doolittle and 15% of it is skimmed off into the family checking account. How convenient. I’m sure that doesn’t affect how he votes. /sarcasm
The limits of Democrat corruption are boundless. Can you imagine how much of this stuff would come to light if the mainstream media looked for it?

Somehow I thought that Doolittle was a Democrat. My bad. (Kids were running in and out of my room here.) I apologize for the really stupid error on my part.
This is in no way right ok for a Republican to do. This is the reason why we lost the election last November. We should jettison jerks like this from the party.
