More Civility From the Left: Obama Supporters Drop Nails at WI Tea Party Rally

As the weeks turn into days and minutes leading up the November 6th Election, the desperation of the left has only become more …. well, desperate. We have seen it locally in North Dakota with the increasingly negative tone of the Heidi Heitkamp campaign in debates, her advertising, and some recent frivolous legal actions as independent polling is making it clear she is behind in the race. She, through brother Joel, has even gone as far as putting the life of a retired federal law enforcement in jeopardy by publicizing his address and wife’s name.

Some of this stuff might be funny if it wasn’t so real. But it is real, and shows the blatant disregard the left has for others when the possibility that their power will be diminished becomes more and more real. Such an instance played out in Racine, WI this past weekend at a Tea Party Rally:

The Racine Tea Party’s “Rally for Jobs” kicked off at 2:30 p.m. Saturday inside the old Sam’s Club at 6200 Regency West Drive.

Before the event could get under way, though, organizers say a truck affixed with “Obama” stickers drove through the parking lot and dumped quantities of nails.

“We went outside and picked up what we could,” said Lou D’Abbraccio, holding a cup filled with nails. “But this was just wrong.”

Is that outright proof that an Obama operative or even supporter perpetrated this act and placed event attendees at risk? No. But it should not be surprising if there is a connection made through the course of the investigation, as such acts only match the ever-increasingly desperate tone of the left — a tone we are seeing too much of right here in North Dakota.
