And so begins yet another assault on the existence of a factually-informed public.
Outspoken US documentary film-maker Michael Moore is making a sequel to “Fahrenheit 9/11”, his scathing indictment of President George W. Bush’s war on terrorism that won the Cannes prize for best film in 2004. . . .
The sequel, as yet untitled, would pick up where “Fahrenheit” left off, with Bush’s popularity falling and the Iraq war continuing.
Given the number of ill-informed rank-and-file liberals who are still perpetuating the long-debunked myths started by Moore in his first film, and making themselves look like idiots in the process, I’m not sure I’m all that opposed to this film.
I think Michael Moore won the 2004 election for Bush. If he issues forth another film and the zany left rallies around it like they did the last one mainstream America is going to elect another Republican.
