Congratulations!!! I can give you tons of advice, I have a daughter, a step-daughter, and 2 of the grandkids are girls! And I’m only 42. So, yeah, I know lots about girls and babies, but my best advice for anyone with a baby is simple, just love the stuffings out of them, and remember, until they get to school age, you can’t spoil them by picking them up all the time. But, we are still waiting on details! Name, weight, date born, today?
I’m sure she will have you wrapped around her little finer in no time!

Merry early Christmas morning to all!!!! It is in the 40′s here this morn, but we have been enjoying 60-70′s up until the last 2 days. If it gets below freezing here, we are total weiners! Course, by the same token, even as warm as it gets for you guys up North in the summer, we have those 100 degree plus days with like 90% humidity that go on for months. It’s a little like having a wet wool sweater wrapped around your head and then going out in the sun. I am jealous, I saw where all the upper parts of the country were getting loads of Christmas snow. I’m sure ya’ll get sick of it, but I know I sure would like to go play in some this morning. It’s a little sad and lonely here this year, no grandkids or any relatives. I didn’t even do any decorations this year. I have a beautiful creche, and that is all that is out. Oh well, hopefully next year will work out better for getting together. I hope everyone here has a great holiday and I will be praying for your peace and safety.

Carrick I was down in Brunswick GA training at Glynco from 8-18 georgia and the weather was nice except for one day. Right around 60-75 degrees, when it got to 50 degrees I saw someone wearing a parka. Yikes.

I didn’t start cooking dinner until 3 pm, today, and within an hour of the oven being on, I had the door open, wearing shorts! it was only in the 60′s, but with old Tom Turkey and the pies and all baking, it heated the house right up. Like I said earlier, you guys are probably freezing to death, but I sure would love to have your snow, at least for a few days!
