Memo To Obama Birth Certificate Truthers: Stopping Letting Obama Take Advantage Of You

For Obama to have been born in Kenya, Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr. would have had to fly from Honolulu to Mombasa, give birth in a substandard third world hospital, fly back and then somehow arrange for a fraudulent birth certificate to be entered by the State of Hawai’i on August 8, 1961 (at the time governed by Republican William Quinn). They would have also somehow planted the phony birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser (at the time edited by Republican Thurston Twigg-Smith) and the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. Hawai’i’s current Republican Governor Linda Lingle would also have to be complicit in the cover-up as would all of the leftist 1960s University of Hawaii friends of Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr—among them US Rep Neil Abercrombie.
In 1961, the roundtrip flight to Kenya would have been a very expensive, pointless, and time consuming epic journey for two starving students. Barack Obama Sr. had only been able to come study at UH Manoa with a free ticket on a donated charter flight with other Kenyan students.
Obama benefits from creating an opposition which seems to be standing by the side of the road impotently pointing to a piece of paper as if it could stop 63 million voters from anointing their ‘chosen one’. Birth certificate lawsuit plaintiff Phil Berg is a Democrat and whether he understands it or not, he has done great work on behalf of his party.
It is time for folks to stop being played by the Obama campaign and drop this counter productive ‘phony birth certificate’ nonsense.

There is an ongoing effort to verify President Obama’s claim of a birth in Hawaii. You will want to go to http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/ and scroll to the beginning to see the process.

Now you may have seen a document displayed at FactCheck.org, claiming it is a “certificate”. Birth certificates are, or in 1961 where, the first and original form document used to record a live birth. FactCheck.org, is displaying a “certification”, that contains sparse data which has been transcribed from the original certificate.

The “half-truth” is that FactCheck.org, did in fact handle a real and genuine document called a certification, but the other half of the truth is they never saw nor touched a birth certificate.

The fact that this swindle or theft of the voter’s minds affected millions of gullible fools, has put the USA, into a perilous position. But, fortunately for Obama, is the adoration his voters have for him.

OBTW — How did Obama’s name get on the ballot? Well, thank Nancy Pelosi, for individually signing and sending two different versions of the “certificate of nomination” to the 50 states, but only the document sent to Hawaii, declared the candidates met constitutional qualifications for POTUS.

But wait, what about the Electoral College vote held in January 2009? Well per 3USC15, the President of the Senate, Dick Cheney, was supposed to call for objections, but he failed to do so.

So, the good news is that We the People, now have standing in the Federal courts to challenge all of the government failures which allowed Obama to be POTUS.

A pivotal day will be Monday October 5, 2009, in Santa Ana, CA, Federal Court, Judge David O. Carter.

Obama may be a citizen, but that doesn’t mean he’s qualified. He was never vetted by the media as previous presidential candidates were, and he is clearly in over his head. Anyone know how many tax cheats are in his cabinet?

Read the 20th Amendment, Section 3. Part of Section 3 requires the President elect to ‘qualify’. This should be fairly simple since the list of qualifications is really short. One of those qualifications being; for the president to be “…a natural born citizen…” Obama has refused, and still refuses, to ‘qualify’. Gotta wonder why.

I don’t think it is easy to ignore the first President in our history that has failed to personally give documentation to prove his birth beyond any doubt. Seems to me it would be easy as pie, provided the actual, official documentation existed. Obama is the one who has chose to make it an issue with no end.

That being said, I think personally (IMHO), the investigation into ACORN and Obama’s connection there has more teeth.

I have to agree that the birth certificate controversy is a red herring issue not worth the effort especially since there are more important things to consider. Obama is not the entire problem anyway since it’s congress that is causing most of the disruption to our economy and social systems. Even with Obama out of the picture the move to socialism and nationalization of industry would continue for as long as the Democrats control the government.

It seems to me that one of the biggest problems today with the loyal opposition(GOP) is the lack of ability to pick battles effectively. Fighting and winning the wrong battle is a waste of effort and futile. Fighting and LOSING the wrong battle is highly counterproductive and just digs the hole deeper.

This is the reason he is able to be doing to our country what he is doing right now, Rob. This entire argument hinges on believing a certain date of birth, btw. There used to be a provision for foreign-borns to get a Hawaiian birth certificate, and that date on that certificate would be whatever the parents said it was, not necessarily the real date. He has yet to produce the long form, which would reveal any birth location other than the one claimed.
I don’t trust the guy or his commie parents, so I don’t believe anything from them.

The post and some of the remarks sound like they’re geared to create confusion and hyper-spotlight unrealistic viewpoints to create the illusion that anyone questioning Obama and his eligibility is a conspiracy theorist or a flight-bag. Fishing for red herring aside, it truly isn’t unreasonable to question the validity of Obama’s place of birth in light of the constitution’s requirements. I think I’ll purchase a “Where’s the Birth Certificate” bumper magnet from World Net Daily in support of our constitution and public office accountability. I’ve tried to remain neutral on the issue. But all the intentional (and malicious) efforts of Nobama certainly make one question his honesty. (did I really just mention ZeroBambam and “honesty” in the same sentence? My apologies.)

Instead of simply providing a non-forged Birth Certificate, B.O. puts up an army of legal generals, plus threats of multi-million dollar lawsuits against those who seek a final resolution.

And he waves around a Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth” as proof? Hint: A COLB is not the same as a Birth Certificate, and does not serve as a legal substitute.

Yep. That certainly goes a long way to remove the cloud of doubt regarding his claim to being American-born.
