Megyn Kelly Almost Makes Obama Spokesman Cry Over Wealth Redistribution Recording

Seriously.

By attacking the media for daring to play recordings of things Obama actually said the Obama campaign hopes to distract from, you know, what he said.
This is what you can expect if you criticize Obama: Anger. Threats. Intimidation.
And Obama’s just a candidate. Imagine what it’ll be like with a President Obama that has the full resources of the executive branch behind him.

He said giving a tax cut to 90% of Americans is not socialism and that Fox news

First of all he can say all he wants to about 95%… blah blah… we are ALL gonna see the effects financially if Obama gets in… how do you think he is going to fund all the government programs that he wants to control us with…

Hannitized… just for one second stop and truely think to yourself about what Obama stands for… unbias with no agenda… think about it…

ASK YOURSELF… what did Obama mean when he, is his own words and audio recorded with his own voice, talked very clearly about the redistribution of wealth??? answer that question for me… then what was he talking about??? Please I’m serious any Obama supporter can answer for me…

He wants to give bigger “earned income credits” to people who don’t even pay taxes… so it’s not a bigger REFUND… cause that would mean they PAID taxes in the first place… It is simply a bigger check at the end of the year paid for by people who do actually work and pay taxes… and it’s not even enough to better them… it’s just enough to not motivate and only insures that the poor stay poor… instead of encourage hard work and determination will get you out of a low income situation…. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! It’s not that hard to figure out!!!!!!

Meagan (sic) chose to make the issue about his remarks about Fox News.

This is a win for the Obama camp.

  • JazzyKat

Obama and his blabbing robot-machines keep saying 95% of American’s will get a tax cut…blah blah blah —–40% of that 95% don’t even pay taxes…what they’ll get is a larger welfare check with our tax dollars! When the “Spread the Wealth Around” ObamaNut get’s through eliminating the Bush tax cuts…ALL of the middle class taxes will go back up…to pay for his socialist program to give the non-working, non-productive low-lifes of our society our hard earned money!

These people think American’s are stupid??? I’m glad we get some Truth in Reporting from FOX!

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

That is exactly what I saw from Meagan (sic)

This may be a new record for Haphazardlies! He had to scroll past two whole comments before he managed to misspell and mangle Megyn’s name! Heh.

  • Hannitized

Bill Burton was right on the money when he nailed Megyn on the fact that she doesn’t like to be interrupted, but she can interrupt him at any time. He wasn’t upset and emotional about it like Megyn was.

This is a win for the Obama camp.

  • Hannitized

He believes “sharing the wealth” is “good for everyone”.

Everyone believe is “sharing the wealth” as you narrowly understand the term. Trickle down economics is “sharing the wealth”.

You are lost in the weeds Robert. Was the discussion Barack Obama was participating in a topic on the victories, challenges and failures of the civil rights movement, yes or no?

The answer is yes. I don’t trust you to answer the question honestly.

Megyn is SO hot… and it doesn’t hurt that she’s pretty, too. She makes me feel funny in my tummy. *sigh*

  • Hannitized

Maybe because he kept nattering on about Fox News and their “agenda”.

Her first emotional remarks to Bill Burton were about him slamming Fox in the official response.

She was outraged, emotional, angry and not to interested in learning the facts, just defending the fact that Fox News lead with the story and reported McCain was responding to it, before he actually had.

Fox News is in the business of creating news, not reporting it.

The lying crapweasel kept accusing Megyn of “giving a political speech”(on her own show), when that is all he did during the whole interview. He just kept droning his lying talking points the whole time. Lefties always accuse others of doing what they are, in fact, doing.

Obama has never made a secret of his views if you go back and read transcripts and listen to his speeches. He has always believed this way. I am actually surprised people are surprised by hearing this. He believes the Constititution is a living document to be interpreted from the bench. He calls it a “flawed document.” If you read his books, his ideology is clear.

  • MccainandPalinaresocialists?

Sarah Palin is the most socialist governor in the US. After all, her state publicly owns its oil fields, it leases those fields to oil companies and the state provides each Alaskan with a check from the rent the state charges the oil companies.

If Palin wanted a true capitalistic arrangement, she would support selling the oil fields to private concerns. But she doesn’t.

Responding to a question from a girl who wants to know why her her father, a doctor, pays a higher tax rate than people who earn less:

McCain: “I think it’s to some degree because we feel, obviously, that wealthy people can afford more.”

Doctor’s daughter: Aren’t we getting closer and closer to, like, socialism and stuff?

McCain: “Here’s what I really believe. When you are, reach a certain level of comfort, there is nothing wrong with paying somewhat more.”

ASK YOURSELF… what did Obama mean when he, is his own words and audio recorded with his own voice, talked very clearly about the redistribution of wealth??? answer that question for me… then what was he talking about??? Please I’m serious any Obama supporter can answer for me…

    Hello Ashley,

Thank you for the opportunity to answer your questions. My first response to you is to ask you to look deeper into the information that you have been fed by Fox News, Drudge and McCain camp are presenting you.

What Obama was talking about was the victories, challenges and failures of the civil rights movement and its litigation strategy in the court.

    What the editors and spin masters of all of the three organizations are telling you is the exact opposite of what Obama said;

When a caller inquired about whether the courts are the appropriate mechanism for socio-economic progress, Obama said remedies should come through legislation, not the judiciary.

His argument included some basic ideas that Republicans need not find controversial. The courts have never played a role in improving economic conditions of working Americans, and the left should look to policy makers, not judges, to address economic inequalities. Over-reliance on the courts, Obama said, is a mistake..

The spin machine seems especially hung up on Obama’s use of the word “tragedy,” but as Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton noted, “In the interview, Obama went into extensive detail to explain why the courts should not get into that business of ‘redistributing’ wealth. Obama’s point — and what he called a tragedy — was that legal victories in the Civil Rights led too many people to rely on the courts to change society for the better. That view is shared by conservative judges and legal scholars across the country.”

What you are seeing is a very clever, yet blatantly dishonest hack job on the piece where Barack Obama was participating in a radio discussion on civil rights, the judiciary, and economics.

I hope this helps you Ashley, because I can understand why you would be alarmed by what the McCain handlers are telling you.

You should be alarmed by their willingness to be misleading.

  • MccainandPalinaresocialists?

You don’t really know how to work this “debate” thing, do you?
That is really an excellent point coming from the one who defends his positions with personal attacks.

You seemed to have glossed over this part of my original comment,
Responding to a question from a girl who wants to know why her her father, a doctor, pays a higher tax rate than people who earn less:

McCain: “I think it’s to some degree because we feel, obviously, that wealthy people can afford more.”

Doctor’s daughter: Aren’t we getting closer and closer to, like, socialism and stuff?

McCain: “Here’s what I really believe. When you are, reach a certain level of comfort, there is nothing wrong with paying somewhat more.”

You have not given one reason to refute the fact that Gov. Palin heads the most socialist state in the country. Other than name calling and espousing that it isn’t so! Reading Mccains quote above, its now all coming together, I see clearly why he chose the running mate he did, unfortunately I dont agree with their socialist views, but if you do I feel you are entitled to your opinions.

And one last thing in one of your above comments you state “Jefferson was speaking out against the excesses of monarchy and an entrenched hereditary nobility.” But I fail to see one mention of either in the quote, I do however see banks and corporations spoken of. Your position must be that banks and corporations equal monarchy and nobility.
We have no difference in viewpoints there.
I am glad you agree with my points.

  • robert108

But I fail to see one mention of either in the quote…

    You have to know history.
As far as the progressive income tax being somewhat socialist, I have already covered that in an earlier comment, and don’t feel like repeating it for you. Scroll up for the explanation, since you seem to know nothing about economic history, either.
Here’s a hint: In Jefferson’s time, our economy was vastly different from how it is today. “Wealth of Nations” was only published in 1776, so the free enterprise system was in its infancy, since the US was the first place which embraced the four freedoms necessary for its full expression. I recommended reading Hamilton, because he devised our banking system, not Jefferson. In fact, they were political rivals. Your claim that Hamilton wasn’t an American citizen is irrelevant to the facts here.
Your incoherent responses are pathetic, but I have still endeavored to give you a factual answer. Try to reply in kind, if you can. Making unsupported assertions isn’t really debate, you know.
The threat of Obama’s Marxism is far beyond anything done in the US at the present time. It is a real threat to our existence as a free country.

  • MccainandPalinaresocialists?

Yes, according to history. Thomas Jefferson was a great president of the US. Alexander Hamilton was a great banker. Our federal reserve system is very much to blame for our current predicament. Jefferson foresaw the problems that unregulated banks and corporations posed to our society. Unfortunately to undo the damage that has been done by these institutions, we will now have to radically change our ways or risk going further down the toilet.
The corporate culture in America is out of control with the sub-prime mortgage mess that should not have ever happpened if these “Banks and Brokerage houses” ran there companies with some sense of national responsibility. The bankers and stockbrokers who sold these sub-prime mortgages are getting huge bonuses and at the same time they are destroying the American economy. The same thing goes for the commidities market with oil prices and where they speculate the price of oil higher everyday which is destroying the economy and giving us higher inflation. Therefore, look at the former CEO of Merril Lynch where he destroyed the stock of the company by investing in these sub-prime mortgages. He was ousted as CEO and he received a parachute deal worth over 100 million dollars. This clown should be put in jail for destroying peoples lives. The financial mistakes that these corporations make in America affect peoples lives and ther jobs and they should be held accountable for there risky actions. The Corporations in America have no sense of National responsibility because, the only thing they care about is the bottom line.
How you can defend this behavior is beyond me, and truthfully I would like it to stay that way.

  • navtechie

    P.S.

This Obamacon is a smarmy, whiny little asswipe.

  • robert108

Everyone believe is “sharing the wealth” as you narrowly understand the term. Trickle down economics is “sharing the wealth”.

Your ignorance makes you incoherent here, H. In the free enterprise system, we have “earning the wealth”. The term “trickle down” economics is a falsehood. A rising tide lifts all boats. You get what you earn, not what a greedy govt confiscates from the achievers and uses as a vote buying scheme to consolidate their political power. Obama’s “sharing the wealth”(whether you choose to or not) is on the path to totalitarianism.

Obama’s “sharing the wealth” has nothing to do with “civil rights”, unless you think taking money from others is a “right”. As a commie, you probably do, but real Americans want to keep what they earn.
Obama uses the slavery card to justify his black separatism/Marxism. You fell for it; most of us are smarter than that.

Let Obama set an example by spreading his wealth around.

Exactly. Instead of forcing people to give, let people decide what they want to give and who they want to give it to. Each year I budget a certain amount for donations, whether it be charitable donations that I decide to make or and socialized donations (taxes) that I’m forced to make. I zero this budget out every year. If taxes steal more, then I have less to give to charitable donations.

What Obama was talking about was the victories, challenges and failures of the civil rights movement and its litigation strategy in the court.

Bullshit! He said the same thing to Joe the Plumber. Nice try. He believes “sharing the wealth” is “good for everyone”. That’s pure Marxism. Marx believed that equality of outcome was the key to happiness(except for the ruling elite, of course). Even he recognized that concept was so unnatural that it required “the dictatorship of the proletariat” for an undefined period of time.

  • The Decider

Heh, and that surprises you? Most of the sheep here will call you a communist or leftist if you don’t agree with the current Republican party line, ironically a tactic common by the Politburo in communist nations (people who disagreed with them were the lackeys of capitalist nations, no matter what they were actually saying). The Neocons dating back to Reagan have done nothing but hijack the Republican party and give it some socialist tendencies (corporate welfare, foreign policy driven by Woodrow Wilson style liberalism, skyrocketing deficits resulting from how LIBERALLY they spend the taxpayer dollars).

It’s sort of like if you reduced politics to that animal wheel toy from childhood. The cow says moo. The communist says, I disagree with Bush!

Why don’t you try cherry-picking something from Alexander Hamilton? Doesn’t fit in with your lying agenda?

  • navtechie

Over-reliance on the courts, Obama said, is a mistake..

H: I can’t decide if you are ignorant, high or both.

Obama’s entire point about the civil rights movement, the warren court and the constitution was one big bitch that the court was not radical enough to IGNORE the constitution….since the constitution does not state what the Gubmint MUST do, instead it states what it can’t do.

Obama would rather it said what the gubmint MUST and SHOULD do. That is his lament regarding the courts. He wished they had been “radical” enough to ignore the rules of the constitution and “create” more non-existent rights and duties for the gubmint to “ensure”.

If you water down the statement you bolded, and I quoted, you end up with something like this:

“We could not force what we wanted down the throats of the bourgeois because they followed this silly constitution thing. Next time we will do it the honest way”

i suppose that i was wrong to even join this blog as i have now read the comments here, but i figured since i am from ND i would give it a try. What concerns me is the drawing of sides i see anymore. We, imho, need to do one thing for all of us on all sides; decide if we are going to be a “me” society or a “we” society. Obviously we all need to do for our families and ourselves first, but after we have made sure we are secure, then what? Seems to me we spend far too much time fighting each other and not enough time getting together to get things done to move our country forward as one nation! SAD for ALL of us! We will all sink or swim together…

  • Mickey

Handing out $500 to the 45% who don’t pay taxes isn’t going to change their lives or stimulate them into becoming more productive members of society. They will simply spend the money. It will have a short term impact on the economy. It’s nothing more than a welfare handout.

Wall street is running scared right now. Business and investors do not want Obama in office. If you think the economy is poor now just wait. It will be far worse under Barack “Jimmy Carter” Obama. The smart people can see it coming.

That is exactly right. That is exactly what I saw from Meagan, anger, threats and intimidation.

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies . . . If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] . . . will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered . . . The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”–Thomas Jefferson–The Debate Over The Recharter Of The Bank Bill, (1809)

Meagan chose to make the issue about his remarks about Fox News. He was simply answering the questions she asked about his charges.

It was her first question to him. It was her first remarks to him.

Then she said he felt bad, and he had to correct her.

It was true that Fox lead with the story and reported on McCain’s response, before he actually responded. She didn’t talk about those time frames.

Then she accused him of blaming Fox, the best defense is a good offense. She kept going to it. She hardly pushed on answers to the issue.

Then she talked about statistics about McCains bitter campaign tactics and how the media reflects them.

Then she wouldn’t let him promote the Obama’s infomercial coming out.

Then she went back to the statistics about fairness in the MSM.

Then finally she asked him to answer the question….and he did.

He said giving a tax cut to 90% of Americans is not socialism and that Fox news

SHE SAID SHE DOESNT APPRECIATE THE SARCASM AND TOLD HIM SO SAVE IT FOR HIS FRIENDS AT THE OTHER NEWS CHANNELS. And she kept screaming and raising her voice through the entire interview.

The Obama spokesman was calm, cool and collect.
