Media: Palin Finally Consents To Interview

Am I the only one a little frustrated with the way Palin’s announcement of her first media interview is being reported?

Under pressure for being shielded for questioning, Sarah Palin has a agreed to sit down with Charles Gibson of ABC’s “World News Tonight,” according to an ABC News officia

Under pressure? Under pressure? That makes it sound like Palin was somehow avoiding these interviews.
But the reality is that Sarah Palin has been McCain’s running mate for all of nine days. And during those nine days she’s had to handle the announcement itself, the RNC convention, preparation for her first major speech at the convention and then actually delivering that speech.
Now she’s granting her first interview.
That doesn’t seem like such an unreasonable time line to me.

So, all the interviews she has done don’t count because they are not with one of the networks? Really? Her speaking directly to voters does not count? Really?

Once again “journalists” show that they have nothing but contempt for America and it’s citizens.

Uh oh, an interview will reveal more of her “Fargo” accent – according to Maureen Dowd of the NYT.

“How would you like this pit bull grandma to clean your grandfather clock?” she’ll tell President McCain in her flat “Fargo” accent.

Dowd is scared, her last 3 columns have been bashing Palin, who would do an interview if all you’re going to be subjected to is vitriol?

    Mo Dowd’s hatchet job

How long did Barry wait wait before venturing into the no spin zone?
Sean Hanity is still awaiting an audience with the anointed one.

How long did it take for Obama to do any interviews with anyone but friendly liberal reporters? 2 years?

WOW. The BIG HEAD got the message that their talking heads were not unbiased. And, the BIG HEAD made changes. Again, WOW.

Well, it is about time. It’s been an entire week since the convention.

    Beat me to it.

I heard this today from Chris Wallace, since when does she have to be interviewed, she can just talk directly to the electorate at town hall meetings.

You’ll notice that spark has no condemnation for biased, anti-American journalists, he merely shits all over Americans. Just like his heroes in Al Gueda and the Taliban.

  • Yaeger

And what about the Town Hall meetings that the great one said he would take on anytime? Waiting for him to do a Town Hall meeting would only come after Hell freezes over.

Well, it is about time. It’s been an entire week since the convention.

That doesn’t seem like such an unreasonable time line to me.

That is because you are NOT a part of the MSM…

We knew that all along. Christ, look how stupid Rove thinks we are.

BIGnews thinks people want to hear about Hulk Hogan’s son. And people do. Its a reciprocal, negative feedback loop of stupidity.
