Maintenance Time

Database and software upgrade is in progress.  If things seem wierd or even non-functional for the next few hours...no need to complain to Rob about it.  It’s my fault.

We would never think of blaming you, Your Highness! It is obviously the fault of some lowly functionary of the Dept of State. They screw up so much each day it could be easily penned on them.
