Obama’s slave-owning forebears revealed.

  THE maternal ancestors of Barack Obama, the Democrat who hopes to become America’s first black president, once owned slaves, genealogists have revealed.

  As the son of a white woman from Kansas and a black man from Kenya, the background of Obama, who went to a school in Indonesia, was already considered exotic.

  According to the genealogists, George Washington Overall, Obama’s great-great-great-great grandfather, owned two slaves, a 15-year-old girl and 25-year-old man, who were listed in the 1850 Kentucky census. Another maternal ancestor owned two older slaves.

It would seem then that if we divide the American electorate between those whose ancestors owned slave, some 150 years ago, and those whose ancestors did not, and use that fact as a basis for our upcoming election, Barack Obama would wind up having to vote against  Barack Obama?!

Because McCain was able to pick who his grandparents were just like everyone else can.  I thought that people in this country were judged by their actions and not the actions of people who were long dead before the individual was even born.  Liberals have no shame!

Companies shouldn’t go to bed with the government because the government has herpes.  You can try your whole life but you’ll never get away from that one night.
