John Edwards Backs Barack Obama

One of the most liberal former Senators endorsing the most liberal current Senator.

Is anyone really surprised?

Why would anyone be surprised?

One halfwit liberal senator who has lived off of the fat of the land he detests endorses another.

Shocked. I am.....shocked.

David “Mudcat” Saunders, a chief adviser for Edwards on rural affairs during his presidential campaign, said the timing of the endorsement couldn’t be better given Obama’s resounding loss in West Virginia on Tuesday.

For Barack Obama, I think he ought to kiss Johnny Edwards on the lips to kill this 41-point loss,” he added. “The story is not going to be the 41-point loss. It’s going to be Edwards’ endorsement.”

Not that there’s anything wrong with that!

A troll is someone who only wants to stir up trouble, not have an honest debate.  Some signs that a poster is a troll:
* Dodges questions from other posters * Refuses to give sources
* When one of its arguments is shown to be false, either ignores the proof or moves the goalposts.  Heh. (From the LGF faq)

The same article had this statement:

Edwards waged a scrappy underdog campaign for the Democratic nomination, always outshone by the historic nature of Obama possibly being the first black nominee and Clinton the first woman.

Take the “s” off “scrappy” and I think they’ve got something! Heh.

Not really sirprising.
Both are elite-ists & are completely out of touch with the “average American Citizen”

For John Edwards, there are two possible rewards; the V.P. slot or a cabinet appointment, merging the senate’s two most liberal, socialist members into a dynamic-duo of disastrous destruction.

McCain is looking better all the time....

"Here lies, in honored glory, an American soldier, known but to God.”

The stakes are high. Whether the issue is the economy, or energy, or the federal courts or national security, the right answers are coming not from the Democrats, but from the Republicans. The surge of operations that began a year ago is succeeding. The only way to lose this fight is to quit. Richard M. Cheney, Vice President, 30 May, 2008
