Joe The Plumber: McCain “Appalled Me”

Joe and John aren’t gonna be friends any more:

Wurzelbacher told conservative radio host Glenn Beck that he felt “dirty” after “being on the campaign trail and seeing some of the things that take place.”
Recalling a conversation he had with McCain about the $700 billion financial industry bailout in September, Wurzelbacher said: “When I was on the bus with him, I asked him a lot of questions about the bailout because most Americans did not want that to happen.”
“I asked him some pretty direct questions,” he continued. “Some of the answers you guys are gonna receive — they appalled me, absolutely. I was angry. In fact I wanted to get off the bus after I talked to him.”

So why didn’t Joe speak out about this during the campaign? Because he still thought McCain was the lesser of two evils:

Asked why he didn’t leave McCain’s campaign if he was “appalled” by the candidate, Wurzelbacher said, “honestly, because the thought of Barack Obama as president scares me even more.”

I’d have a lot more respect for Joe if he’s spoken out against McCain during the campaign.

I was/am also appalled by the bailout. Still, I can’t hold my breath for the Libertarian Party to cough up a worthy candidate, so I default Republican. Anything to keep the lefties from infringing on my liberties.

Joe is a nobody. He did not stand up to McCain because he was afraid he would lose his place under the bus with the rest of the bigots. He is not only afraid of Obama but afraid of all “real men”. He is a dumb jerk that shouldn’t have been on the campaign trail anyway.

McCain shouldn’t have pissed off JTP, more people are listening to him instead of Mac! LOL. I don’t think Joe should have said anything, Rob, he is not a pol. He had already been attacked, what was the point in raining down more shit on himself? He still has some rights to privacy that weren’t invaded.
