Joe Biden: The United States Is In A Depression

To be fair, Biden was cribbing from a Reagan campaign line from back when he ran against Carter: “A recession is when your neighbor loses his job. A depression is when you lose your job. And recovery is when Jimmy Carter loses his.”
Biden just forgot to add the punch line. Except, in this instance, he probably doesn’t want to go there.
