Reading what Mrs Smith had to say, the thing that I have a problem with is this idea that all you have to do is “want”. No mention of working to get an education, working to excel at your chosen profession. And her position that you don’t have to choose, that is crap. No one can have “it all”, it is just not possible. You have to choose what course you will follow. If you don’t, you end up with nothing.

Yea, I do agree that people shouldn't have to go around tip-toeing around other people's feelings all the time, and I do agree that God does say that it's wrong to be gay or lesbian…but AS A LESBIAN I'm sayin that it's ALSO wrong to pass judgement on others…have sex before you're married…curse…and do a helluva lot of other things…so, why should ANYONE have the nerve to speak out about what they think is wrong, when they've probably commited four or five sins within their one day!?!

We do not have to comprimise for anyone. We stand on Gods word. People need to realize that we are simply stating what Gods word has said. If they don't like that God does not like homosexuality, than they need to take that up with God. But, never, never comprimise the word of God. HOMOSEXUALITY IS WRONG BECAUSE GOD SAYS ITS WRONG. IF THAT OFFENDS YOU READER, SORRY, I DID NOT MAKE IT UP. BUT IT IS THE TRUTH. YOU NEED TO ASK YOUR SELF, DO YOU CARE MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, OR MORE ABOUT WHAT THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE WANTS. This pass judgment nonsense is irritating, it is often raised by non-Christians and also carnal Christians, both types not wanting to conform to God's Will:
(1) To pass Judgment in a spiritual way means to say that a person is either saved or doomed to an eternity in hell.
(2) To judge whether or not our own thoughts and actions or the words and actions of others conform to God's Word or not is not to judge their eternal fate. In the Bible it is called judging fruits, whether a thing appears to conform to God's Word or violates it, and every human being engages in this judging of the words and actions of others every day in every personal encounter, whether from a spiritual point of view or not.
(3) It is an obligation for every Christian, as led by the Spirit to say what the Boble says is sin and what the solution is available according to God's Word that some might be saved thereby.
(4) No true Christian wants anyone to be condemned, but only appeal to sinners based on God's Word because they love everyone and want them to be saved.
(5) A Lesbian or homosexual can honestly accept Jesus as their Savior and the Lord of their lives and there may be some time before the Spirit through the Word brings about conviction that homosexual conduct is a sin and by faith He provides the Power to overcome that lifestyle. In the meantime, even if they genuinely accept Christ, they often continue to have sexual desire for people of their own gender, like any heterosexual Christian still sin and often struggle their entire lives, mostly because of poor teaching, but they are still saved. How do you tell the difference? If a person genuinely feels the conviction of the Holy Spirit and is Born Again of the Spirit, they will quickly begin to recognize sin in their lives, hate that sin and seek to be delivered. If no such awareness for sin and hatred of sin grows in the life of a person, they should be concerned they are not saved. But, and this is terribly important – being saved is a matter of believing God's Word about Salvation through Christ, not feelings, not works, not measured by our failures. We are saved by Grace because of Christ's work on our behalf and that by faith alone. It is available to 'whosever' believes in Him!
