Isn’t Geraldine Ferarro Really Just Complimenting Affirmative Action?

Isn’t voting for Obama because he’s black (and we need diversity in the White House!) the same as giving a student admission to a college because he/she is black?

So if Geraldine Ferarro says that Obama’s only where he’s at because she’s black, isn’t she just giving a nod to affirmative action voters?

From the liberal perspective, how is that racist?  Or is the left finally going to admit that giving someone preferential treatment because of their skin color - even if that person is a minority - is racist?

These are very confusing times for the liberal left.

I think she hit the nail square on the head.  When a candidate gets 90 percent of the vote of their race as Obama did in Mississippi, how can there be any doubt?  However, this is no different from female gender bias which is milked by Hillary.

"Affirmative action” is an old school phrase. The modern term is “diversity.”
