Isiah Thomas And Madison Square Garden Guilty Of Sexual Harrassment

Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
I usually don’t have much sympathy for so called “sexual harrassment” suits because many of them have little to do with actual harrassment and more to do with over-sensitivities and an awareness that pretending your feelings were hurt pays.
BUT – this guy is a jerk (in my humble opinion and of course, I could be wrong that the jerk is in fact a jerk although based on many of the very public statement he’s made – I don’t think so) and is one of those licensed by our boot-licking media to say anything he wants, anytime. A jury, however, disagrees that he can do or say what he wants, whenever he wants and to whoever he wants to say it to. Click on the link for the article.
And may I add this intellectual observation: Heh.

That’s a great point to bring up. There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don’t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game if you are commenting as an individual.flower shops in Moscow flower shop Moscow

Knicks executive Jeffrey Nix, who said that he was present on several occasion when Thomas called her a “bitch” and a “ho.” Nix, who worked under eight coaches during his tenure, described a 2004 meeting in which Thomas told her, “Don’t forget, you f—— bitch, I’m the president of this f—— team.”

If he was my boss I know I wouldn’t last there that’s for sure!
    Sheesh!

Technically, it doesn’t matter how harsh or crude he treated her. She is a lot more expendable and you can bet he isn’t going any place. Morally, it doesn’t matter if the executive was female or male, no one should disrespect another person in such ways.
Who knows, maybe there are people who don’t mind working under those conditions and such is life.
