I was thinking more along the lines of antagonistic isolationists. That is why they hate Obama. He gives hope to the people of the world, not just to American citizens.

The interest of our antagonistic isolationists here on this fringe Right-Wing Authoritarian blog is that it’s best to (s)elect a man the world hates and fears.

And why not? With a man like McCain at the helm terrorist organizations can use everything the Neo-Cons, GOP and the Republiklan party stands for as a recruitment tool against the US, thus creating more America hating terrorists. The more terrorists in the world there are the more terrorists good red-blooded American boys get a chance to kill. We can have one big “War on Terror” that lasts forever spreading from continent to continent letting our boys slaughter all our former allies like the commie terrorist traitor pig-dogs they are (or will be). Not surprisingly, Barrack Obama also sees himself as privileged. There is a direct correlation between the lower classes and the upper classes. Members of those classes see themselves as ‘entitled’- the upper class by way of pedigree or station in life and the lower classes by reason of entitlement. These groups validate themselves by virtue of identity only. Obama reminds voters of his identity as a black candidate, in either direct or indirect terms at every opportunity, as if he wants to remind voters his ’special’ class and therefore entitlement. He does not have a single good idea or plan- his identity is central to his campaign. Barrack Obama represents the kind of thinking that is uncomfortable with providing everyone real equal opportunity.

His recent comments are one of an endless multitude of illustrations of how the leftist position requires an utter beak from reality. Since when, when one suffers from a shortage of something, is getting more of it NOT a short and/or long term solution?

The leftist platform is effectively the equivalent of telling hungry people living in a hen house “we can’t eat our way out of this problem.”

Take for example also the war in Iraq. According to the left, for the first time in history, kicking your opponents ars and utterly dominating him… is NOT a win.

We went into Afghanistan and, despite the sniveling of the left that it could never be done because Russia failed to overcome Al Quada, promptly wiped our ass with the myth of the mighty islamic warrior. The taliban was quickly sent scurrying for the hills and reduced to hiding in caves. We went to Iraq and utterly dominated their military, despite the constant assurances from the left of the invincibility of Saddam’s “elite” Iraqi republican guard, removed its dictator, changed its form of government, and did so with a casualty rate so low it’s likely unrivaled, in all of military history, for such a large operation.

The terrorists can’t face our boys, on their own turf, and live, much less ever hope to repel us by force (and yet “we lost” to them).

So it is with leftist psychosis.

In reality, the only way the terrorists can ever go back to the good ole days of sitting around the camp fire and openly plotting the destruction of America, without fear that death from a JDAM is 2 seconds away, is if we CHOOSE to leave.

And the terrorists know this. Which is why their strategy is to break our will to remain. They’re focusing almost exclusively on low casualty, high publicity attacks, which can never achieve military victory (as they know they cannot succeed in such). They must make us leave of our own accord.

Personally, I rather prefer the front line for the war with terrorists to be in Iraq, and not sky scrapers in new York city. That’s the genius of it all. Those who don’t see the strategic reasoning are blind. (Secondly, we’re in Iraq and Afghanistan… who’s in the middle?)

What will really piss off the leftards is when this ship is the first responder to a major natural disaster and is the savior of thousands of people, many, many Muslims. Their heads’ll be ‘sploding all over the place!!

Speaking at the Campus Progress journalism conference earlier this month, Seymour Hersh — a Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist for The New Yorker — revealed that Bush administration officials held a meeting recently in the Vice President’s office to discuss ways to provoke a war with Iran.

In Hersh’s most recent article, he reports that this meeting occurred in the wake of the overblown incident in the Strait of Hormuz, when a U.S. carrier almost shot at a few small Iranian speedboats. The “meeting took place in the Vice-President’s office. ‘The subject was how to create a casus belli between Tehran and Washington,’” according to one of Hersh’s sources.

During the journalism conference event, I asked Hersh specifically about this meeting and if he could elaborate on what occurred. Hersh explained that, during the meeting in Cheney’s office, an idea was considered to dress up Navy Seals as Iranians, put them on fake Iranian speedboats, and shoot at them. This idea, intended to provoke an Iran war, was ultimately rejected:

HERSH: There was a dozen ideas proffered about how to trigger a war. The one that interested me the most was why don’t we build — we in our shipyard — build four or five boats that look like Iranian PT boats. Put Navy seals on them with a lot of arms. And next time one of our boats goes to the Straits of Hormuz, start a shoot-up.

Might cost some lives. And it was rejected because you can’t have Americans killing Americans. That’s the kind of — that’s the level of stuff we’re talking about. Provocation. But that was rejected.

“Look, is it high school? Yeah,” Hersh said. “Are we playing high school with you know 5,000 nuclear warheads in our arsenal? Yeah we are. We’re playing, you know, who’s the first guy to run off the highway with us and Iran.”

Such “ideas” included “friendly Cubans” attacking the U.S. base at Guantanamo, shooting down a drone disguised as a chartered civil airliner and blaming it on Cuba, inciting riots and staging terror attacks in Miami, and other terrorist acts. Fortunately, then Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara, put a kibosh to this insane plan.

In fact, the neocons have not rested in their effort to foment war and force the support of the American people by way of deception. On May 16, 2008, Paul Joseph Watson, writing for Prison Planet, noted confidential recordings released under the Freedom of Information Act revealing the efforts of former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and top military analysts to cook up another terrorist attack on America in order to gain support for their ambitious plans to decimate Muslim culture. “The most extraordinary exchange takes place when Lt. Gen. Michael DeLong bemoans shrinking political support for Neo-Con war plans on Capitol Hill and suggests that sympathy for the Bush administration’s agenda will only be achieved after a new terror attack,” writes Watson. “Rumsfeld agrees that the psychological impact of 9/11 is wearing off and the ‘behavior pattern’ of citizens in both the U.S. and Europe suggests that they are unconcerned about the threat of terror.” Rumsfeld characterizes Bush as “a victim of success” because America has not suffered “an attack in five years” and for Rumsfeld and the neocons this state of affairs is indeed lamentable.

Obviously, the neocons will stop at nothing — including the murder of more Americans in a false flag terror attack — to realize their agenda.

Wow I’m so ashamed of all of you people that believe this ship, this symbol of murder is such a great thing.  Right after 9/11 Bush had all the metal (the evidence) shipped out of the country. That is illegal to tamper or throw away evidence at a crime scene (ESPECIALLY before the investigators are able to examine that evidence). Bin Laden (a CIA asset from 79-89 under the alias of “Tim Osman") hasn’t even been connected with 9/11. On the FBI’s most wanted list he’s wanted for the bombings of two U.S. embassies in DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA, AND NAIROBI, KENYA. According to FEMA 350,00 tons of steel were shipped from ground zero to recycling yards.......so 24 tons in the construction of a ship is equal to .0000685 of the total steel pulled out of ground zero....( 24 divided by 350,000).......so just over one half of one tenth of one percent of the total steel pulled out from ground
zero went into that ship.  If this much recycled steel used in the construction of a battleship constitutes naming rights for the ship then we should have many more ships named Ford Motor
and Chrysler and Toyota and John Deere or perhaps named for the Federal building in Oklahoma or for old battleships that are decommissioned cut up for scrap sold to the Chinese and turned back into new ships after we buy the steel back from them.  Maybe a fleet of Chinese container ships made from the rest of the scrap from the twin towers (and all the rest of our scrap we ship to them) will have names of cities the Chinese expect to own when they take over our country while we are chasing ghosts in Afganistan.
