Imus Gets Fired From MSNBC, Suddenly Liberals Think He’s A Conservative

Imagine that…

NBC’s move was applauded by Media Matters for America, the liberal media watchdog group that first spotlighted Imus’ remark last week.
“By canceling their simulcast of Don Imus on MSNBC, the National Broadcasting Co. has finally done the right thing,” the group’s president, David Brock, said. “We hope CBS Radio will again follow NBC’s lead.
“More and more Americans are coming to understand the damage done by major news organizations providing a platform for bigoted commentary and other conservative misinformation, and they are demanding change. MSNBC’s decision is an important step in the right direction.”

Apparently, to some, being bigoted means you’re a conservative. Whatever.
What’s funny is Brock’s insistence that America is “demanding” less conservative “misinformation.” Last time I checked, conservatives still dominated talk radio, Fox News still dominated cable news, the Wall Street Journal was the only paper with a profitable online section and the New York Post was still the only newspaper in America with growing circulation numbers.
The media is still dominated by liberals, no doubt about it, but the thirst for conservative-leaning media isn’t decreasing. If anything, it’s increasing.

I could never watch more than 10 seconds of Imus at any one time. He seemed to for the most part, be bitching and mumbling badly. He incongruously wore a cowboy hat which I doubt had ever been West of Camden or South of the NJ Turnpike.

I can’t say I could even guess his politics, but having heard the incessant bile of Rosie O’Donnell, the race-baiting mob agitations of Al Sharpton (any apologies for the Tawana Brawley affair??? How about the demagoguing of the most recent Duke Rape Lie? hmmm? Silence?) or the HymieTown pronouncements of Jesse Jackson?

The indignation and punishment go only one way.

While I am not here to defend Imus, it is abundantly
clear that the Left is another word for hypocrite.

These are the Luciferians of today, the arrogant and accusing current generation of vipers. They believe they can do whatever they please, no matter if it is decadent or immoral. They call this freedom. They have redefined reality according to their own self-interests and perversions. Their self-deification is the ultimate idolatry.

They are the modern-day Pharisees and Sadducees.

I hope that enough of American society wakes up to realize that they must be ignored and marginalized, at the very least.

If you ever listened to his show you would know he was a registered Republican.

That’s hilarious. Hawk and David Brock think that Imus was pushing a conservative message. LMAO.

And Toby Keith is a registered Democrat. It means nothing.

I’ve listened to Imus’ show. I’ve watched it on MSNBC. I know where he stands on the issues, and he’s a liberal. Political registration aside.

Hell, Lincoln Chaffee was a Republican too. That doesn’t mean he was a conservative.
