Hypocrites: Democrats Want Secret Ballot For Them But Not For America’s Workers

Tomorrow Senate Democrats will be casting secret ballots to decide whether or not Joe Lieberman will stay in the Democrat caucus after supporting victory in Iraq and endorsing John McCain. But what’s interesting is that these same Democrats want to do their union masters’ bidding and pass the horribly misnamed Employee Free Choice Act, which would remove the secret balloting process from the labor organization process. Something that would leave American workers who don’t want to unionize vulnerable to the intimidation of pro-union activists.
People like this guy.
So this begs the question: How come Democrats in the Senate can cast secret votes, but America’s workers can’t?

    No surprise here. Democrats do not have the courage to face Joe Lieberman as they punish him for exercising his right to freely choose who to support for president. It’s no different than when they would not let Sen. Bob Casey speak at the Dem convention in 92 because of his pro-life stance. Of course, his son learned that lesson well. Just forget your principles and support the party. Just like their Dear Leader resigning from the Senate before he takes office, they do not want to be on record for their vote. It’s almost a shame that flight 93, which may have been heading for the capital missed its mark, maybe then some of these POS congressmen would have been permanently retired.

    So did you get the change he promised, I am so glad all of you that where polled chose to put off the tax breaks how noble of you all. I am guessing that inner city blacks chose not to accept free money until the economy is back on track. Change you can believe in or just another load of crap. kill every member of congress before its to late. Kill them all! kill them all! or be prepared to accept the future they have in store fore you.

    Private citizens have to expect to comply with total transparency in their voting, whereas we should respect the privacy of senators. It’s all about accountability.
