Human Rights Activists Say Paint Ball Guns Are Cruel For Illegal Immigrants

The US Border Patrol has taken to purchasing paint ball guns for agents to use when fending off attacks from illegal immigrants and drug smugglers crossing the border.  Why they’re not being armed with actual weapons is beyond me, but apparently human rights activists are upset because the paintballs fired by the guns may leave welts on those getting fired upon.

Of course, the fact that some people shoot paintball guns at each other for fun apparently escapes said “activists.”

And what exactly are the expectations of these human rights people, anyway?  That we try to keep the illegal immigrants out of the country by tickling them?  Or should we just give up and start handing out sandwiches and bottled water at the border?
