Howard Stern Explores Obama Supporters

Howard Stern sent people out there to see if people are supporting Obama for his policies or for something else.  He accomplished by attributing McCain’s policies to Obama.  Turns out many dumb people are voting for Obama.

HA!.. That is very interesting!

LMAO.  Even all the way up to who’ll be Veep.  Go figure.

Good point.

The “FairVote”, a voting system that gives each voter a vote for every dollar they contribute in taxes, is the ultimate in taxation with representation.  Bring this up in roomful of lefties and you’ll see just how tolerant they really are.

This feels much like Penn and Teller getting people to sign a ban on dihydrogen monoxide.

Barry wins the stupid racist vote.

The truly scary part is that is the intelligence level of most of the voters. Makes me want to throw myself in front of every voting booth in the country and insist that everyone who wants to vote has to pass a little basic knowledge test. These people would go over a cliff like little lemmings if they thought Obama was at the bottom.

AMEN!  The first question: Do you believe in evolution?

dannyboy on October 14, 2008 at 06:38 am

Is evolution a requirement for becoming a Politician or Public Servant?

Very true!  It is a shame.

Has anybody ever seen these “citizens,” that Jay Leno interviews on the street, and who have no concept of history, geography, or civilization?
I call them Jay-Walkers.  They should maybe be banned….

Sometimes I wonder about a test, but I figure the uninformed voters just cancel each other out.

But isn’t it funny that you find great intelligence on both sides of the voting too.  ...more cancelling out….

UncleSA on October 14, 2008 at 07:46 am

People have to pass a test to prove they are intelligent enough to drive a car; why no test to see if they are intelligent enough to vote.2eoab2b.jpg

That’s probably what the proscription of property ownership was meant to denote.

But with Acorn pushing property on everyone, that wouldn’t work anymore….  hahahhahaha

But seriously, that probably is what the Founding Fathers had in mind with that land-owner thing.
(Do I have that right; about voting originally being restricted?)

UncleSA on October 14, 2008 at 08:28 am

It’s not that surprising…

The leftist [ACORN assisted] voters fail in realizing the following points:

- The Democratic Party was the segregationist party of the 19th century

- The history of American political racism, the KKK in particular, is grounded in the Democratic Party

- The Republican Party was responsible for freeing the slaves and

- The Republican Party voted for, and made into law, the Civil Rights Act of 1964

- The Democrats have abused minority “communities” for decades just to get votes

- The Democrats promise the world on a silver platter every election cycle, and only deliver a deeper grab in to the working man’s pockets. Promises it all again, in the next election cycle, with identical results.

When will the minority “communities” wake up and smell the coffee?

The Democrat Party abuses and corrupts them, yet they keep voting for them!

The DNC is only interested in keeping these people “on the plantation” and not enabling them to resolve their problems. Welfare and government handouts are nothing less than share-cropping imposed on the masses….

The DNC wants “issues”, not solutions…...

Historically that stuff is true as far as I know.

But for several generations now the Dems always seem to have been lucky enough to inherit a relatively overwhelming debt hamstringing their lofty plans.  This is a good strategy, if it’s intentional; ...but both parties take advantage of many various communities, I think.

And also statistically, I think it’s shown that the lower & middle classes fare better under Democrats, than under Republicans; whereas the upperclass does better under either administration.  So by voting conservative on social issues, lower classes are voting against their economic interests.

However, between statistics, the luck of the draw, and the lag of the draw, it’s hard to say what all that means.

But that doesn’t address the problems with “enabling,” as you say.  Socialism does seem to wean out the ethic for honoring legacy and valuing an enduring culture.

UncleSA on October 14, 2008 at 10:27 am

I don’t particularly care for Stern (or rather, for his show - it’s boorish, but he actually seems like he’d be a fun guy to have a beer with - I know, it’s schizo, but, hey, whaddyagonna do) but this bit was great.

Sadly, I suspect you could do that just about anywhere in America these days with some of the same results.

An uninformed public is the predatory politician’s dream.

The future ain’t what it used to be…..

dannyboy - AMEN!  The first question: Do you believe in evolution?

Well,...one thing is for sure - check out the Democrat inner cities (and you own household) and we have prima facia evidence of devolution.

Next question: do you believe that higher taxes helps an economy?

Out goes just about every single Democrat into the stupid bin.

Rabid A,

Right! The minorities think the Democrats are their saviors, without realizing they are the very ones who are keeping them down. They are the ones who have destroyed the black family and keep them dependent on the government. The chick on the end of the tape who sounds like she can barely string 5 words together in a sentence says she doesn’t think McCain sounds very intelligent. Oh yeah.

Where did you find these people? Thank god that they don’t represent the majority of Obama supporters.

Yes, lets have a change. From a free, open society/economic prosperity to what O’bama wants…Marxism/socialism oppressive society.

as for the actual article, Stern has his moments. Like said above, could be done anywhere in the USA with the same results. Unfortunately all my close friends are stupid and voting for Obama, yep koolaid drinkers.

If you ask (and I have) Obama supporters what Obama stands for, they will almost always point you to Pbama’s website because they don’t KNOW what he stands for.

I can’t be racist, I hate everybody equally.

When people don’t have any money left, the communists will come for your homes, cars, clothes, then children (not in that order).

this info is so ridiculous - there’s a video going round of “dumb americans” of people who don’t know where Iraq is or how many states there are.
it doesn’t mean that this generalises to the entire country though…does it?!

some could argue McCain supporters are EVEN dumber for KNOWING sarah palin’s views and STILL supporting her.

Okay, umm, I thought Palin was Mcain’s VP. Not Obama’s. Yet he specifically said “If Obama wins, do you have any problem with Palin being VP.” if they were truly Obama supporters, they would’ve known right off the bat that Palin IS NOT Obama’s VP.

You know, G.W. could have been a great president if he would have stuck to his philosophy that he ran on.  But he didn’t, and now he is arguabley one of the worst presidents in our history.  That’s because the republicans have been hijacked by neocons.  The democrats are a bunch of socialists.  In reality, the differences between the two parties are shrinking and shrinking every election.

I agree that if you did this test in any other part of the country, you’d get the same results and that’s because I think this truly does represent the intellegence of a large portion of Americans.  If people were smart, they’d stop letting the media do all of their thinking for them and start voting for candidates that truly represent their beliefs, and that especially includes third party candidates.  Neither the republican or democrat parties represent the majority of Americans anymore.  They’re bought and paid for by special interests.  Please, stop voting D and R.
