Hillary Is Ahead In Indiana. Maybe.

Hillary hangin on

Heh. This is fun:

- In Indiana, SurveyUSA has her winning 52% to 43% over Barack Obama. SurveyUSA’s last poll (two weeks ago) had her leading by 16%, so the poll actually shows movement towards Obama. Pollsters are once again conflicted here, as SurveyUSA & ARG show Clinton leads while Research2000, Selzer, LA Times, and Downs Center all show Obama leads. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, meaning the state is still a total toss up.

Just keep at it, guys.

Absolutely it should keep going.  Democratic voter registrations are skyrocketing in states yet to have their primary or caucus and have skyrocketed in every state where a primary or caucus has been held.

And your guy can’t raise money, or find first tier candidates to run for the House or Senate. Yep, let’er go.

Democratic voter registrations are skyrocketing in states…

Two things puzzlefoot. There’s a good chance some percentage of those are Republicans trying to influence the outcome. Secondly, a large majority of new registrants are young and will, as they have always done, rarely make an appearance at the polls come November.

“Your guy” whatever that means, will most likely pull votes from either Obama or Clinton due their discontent over your petty Democratic party bickerings.

Have that with you donut tomorrow.

And just wait, to add to the excitement polls will show that the democrat is beating the republican by 5-10%. And we know how that always ends up. Let them feel good for awhile Sally, let them at least have that.

You know what’s going to be awesome?  Watching Puzzled and the rest of the far-left Obama libs gnash their teeth and claw their eyes out when the Big O goes down under the weight of Wright, Rezko and Ayers.

I mean, do you really think that Obama could have close ties to guys like Ayers and Wright and still get elected in a general election?

Maybe if the whole country were Berkeley, but there’s no way Obama ever sits in the White House.

What’s pathetic is that these self-deluding jerks will probably convince themselves that it was racism that did Obama in, not his own stupid policies.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system.

P,

I suppose in your world the presidential candidate selects members of the house and senate.

Would that world be Venezuela perhaps?

Maybe senility allows your perceptions to become reality, but those not experiencing the manifestations of neural degeneration can generally distinguish between the duties of a candidate and that of the populace. Either way, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the surroundings of a hospice especially suited for condition.

Me, I’m saddened by the choices we have and find no particular joy in it.

Democratic voter registrations are skyrocketing in states yet to have their primary or caucus and have skyrocketed in every state where a primary or caucus has been held.

Could that be because of republicans switching over to vote in the democrats race to keep hilary in it and fighting?  When the newly registered dems start switching back to the gop don’t hold your breathe for the news stories.

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

No, Lay down Sally, the presidential candidate does not select the house and senate members, but anyone who knows anything knows that candidates decide to get into the race based on how strong their presidential candidate is going to be,and their ability to raise money.  And the Rs are having an exceedingly tough time this year.

How many Dem. senate seats are at risk this year? None. How many freshman D House seats are at risk this year? None.  There are no R freshman seats to defend this year as there are none.  The Rs have been unable to get their top tier candidates to run, that is why you don’t hear any talk about taking back the senate or the house by the Republicans.

Even McCain is having problems raising money, hence the public financing.

P,

Apparently age doesn’t always spring forth wisdom. Nor does it indicate a desire to remain free of freshman phrases such as “anyone who knows anything knows that..”; I mistakenly expected more from you.

I’m quite sure that when Democrats are running for office they use all the usual tools: a close look at their astrological tables, the latest polls instructing them how to analyze the issues and of course the ever present Ouija board.

Republican however tend to concentrate on issues in their districts that their constituency are most concerned with, little or no thought is given to strength of their presidential candidate and his/her ability to finance their own campaign.
