“Hello!  Like, Embrace The Opportunity”

The YouTube generation takes Republicans to task.

I personally don’t care much about this issue.  I didn’t find the Democrat YouTube debate to be all that great.  Sure, the questions were submitted by internet users and actually asked of the candidates by way of internet video, but they were still pre-screened by moderators and journalists.  Integrating a bit of “web 2.0” into the same old debate format is hardly groundbreaking.

Still, the Democrats did it, so the Republicans should too.  If only to avoid opening themselves up to searing criticism from attractive twenty-something blonds who are, frankly, much more entertaining to watch than any political debate in the first place.

I know! Isn’t she awesome?

So...perky.  I’d definitely watch a debate where she was asking the questions.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system.

She’s, like, totally excited about the YouTube debate, but whatcha wanna bet that when she finds out that you can vote online in the next election, she stay home & jacks around on the internet instead of going out & voting (like nearly everyone else her age)?

I don’t care.  She’s my precious, and I will watch her videos over and over again…

Rob, No doubt many would find this type of debate entertaining but it’s not politics they would be getting a grasp of I am sure.

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give you a sincere thanks for not libeling me the way Michelle Malkin’s people are doing over at hotair.com. Seriously, even if you were, at least I can post a comment here! Here forum is locked down. :( Anyway, thanks for having some dignity!
