Not surprisingly, given how unpopular the President is in North Dakota, Republicans have been touting video of Heidi Heitkamp saying Barack Obama is “awesome” back in 2008. Also not surprisingly, because again North Dakotans really don’t like Barack Obama, North Dakota Democrats have been threatening legal action every time that video of Heitkamp pops up on the internet.
