Wyoming considers “trigger” legislation allowing them to back out of Obamacare Medicaid expansion

In Wyoming, legislators are considering a “Medicaid trigger” that would allow for the expansion of Medicaid under Obamacare, but allow the state to opt out once the federal government’s share of funding declines. Democratic Gov. Brian Schweitzer of Montana has previously stated that Obamacare would bankrupt the state’s budget, but more recently announced his backing of the Medicaid expansion.
