Obama approval numbers at three year high

(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama’s job approval in the Gallup poll matched a three-year high on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In Gallup’s three-day tracking periods that ended on Dec. 11 and 12, Obama’s job approval was 54 percent, a level it also achieved in the three-day periods ending on Dec. 2. and Oct. 4. Prior to that, however, Obama’s approval had not gone as high as 54 percent in the Gallup poll since Nov. 13, 2009.

The last time Obama’s approval hit 55 percent in the Gallup poll was Oct. 31, 2009.
