NDGOP legislative leadership to make announcement about oil tax restructuring

WHAT: Rep. Al Carlson, House Majority Leader and Senator Rich Wardner, Senate Majority Leader and other members of the North Dakota Legislature will be holding a press conference to announce a Comprehensive Oil Tax Re-Structure. The new tax structure will bring certainty and stability along with long term viability to the industry in North Dakota. Elements of the new structure will be outlined in detail at today’s press conference.
